How a Sharia-compliant financing company runs investors and borrowers on Beezr

Investors place money into pools and borrowers are financed from them, all in one Beezr application. Onboarding, contracts and monthly reconciliation share the same records, integrated with the Tawarruq engine.

Financing crossed two lifecycles, held in separate files

Investors arrived through email, with forms and contracts travelling as attachments. Borrower applications followed their own threads and folders. Account questions meant piecing together scattered documents.

Month-end brought both sides together by hand. Bank transactions needed matching against investment and financing schedules. Management lacked a central view across products and pools. A custom build made changes expensive.

The money crossed both sides. The records needed to do the same.

One financing application, from onboarding to reconciliation: what we built

We connected investor and borrower records around the products and pools they use.

Investor onboarding carries its own status

Structured forms collect investor details and documents. Contracts are generated, and accounts activate with a unique investor ID. Investment and withdrawal requests keep their pending, approved or completed status.

Products keep their pool allocation

Investment and financing products each link to a designated capital pool. Contributions and financing allocations follow predefined distribution rules. A profit withdrawal enters its own approval workflow and schedule.

Borrower approvals keep the documents together

Borrowers complete KYC with document capture and validation. Applications pass through approval before contracts and term sheets are generated. Ratio-based credit scoring supports the application review.

Reconciliation brings exceptions into view

Finance imports bank transactions for monthly matching across both account types. Unmatched payments and duplicates are flagged for handling. Unique IDs match transactions to accounts, while partial payments remain visible as exceptions.

A day in financing operations now

  2. Investment

An investment request is allocated to its predefined pool.

  3. Application

A borrower application moves through approval with its KYC documents.

  4. Support

An account question becomes a ticket with reminders and escalation rules.

  5. Month-end

The bank file is imported and transactions match by unique ID.

  6. Oversight

Management sees investor profiles, borrower profiles and pools on the dashboard.

What changed: financing has one traceable record

Investor actions keep their status from request to completion.

Borrower contracts and schedules are preserved for audit.

Bank matching flags the exceptions that need attention.

Support tickets carry reminders, escalation rules and resolution history.

Built from these parts

Onboarding and KYC · Financial products and schedules · Contracts and documents · Pools and allocation · Reconciliation · Ledgers · Case management

We built these parts around the same investor and borrower records. Reconciliation reads those accounts, and support tickets keep the related interactions together.

Let's talk

If onboarding or month-end reconciliation keeps sending you back to spreadsheets, bring that process. We can map it against the records and approvals it needs.
