About us

We build software businesses can read

We've spent years taking the code out of business applications and replacing it with building blocks people can see. Every record, form, rule and approval is something you can point at and understand, so the people who run the business can shape the system that runs it.

Why Beezr exists

The thing holding businesses back was never ideas. It was code.

Code needed developers, so most companies bought software that didn't fit and bent themselves around it. The gaps filled up with spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. The ones who could afford it built their own, and then found every change became a project, and the system only made sense to the people who wrote it.

We started Beezr to remove that choice. We turned every layer of a business application into building blocks (data, forms, views, rules, workflows, approvals, access, integrations and reports) and made them fit together. A business can have software built around how it really works, and change one thing without breaking the rest.

Writing the code was never the hard part. Owning it is.

What changed, and what didn't

Then AI arrived, and writing code became cheap.

For a small team that just needs an app, that's wonderful, and we'd tell them to use it. But for a business where someone has to understand the system that runs its money, its stock and its people, the cost was never in writing the code. It was in owning it: reading it, governing it, changing it safely. That cost didn't move.

So we see AI as the next worker inside a system you can already read. In Beezr, an AI step drafts a purchase order against your real supplier record, under your approval limits and your access rules, and every action lands in the same history as everyone else's. That's how AI becomes useful in operations, not just in demos.

AI needs a system it can be trusted in. We built one first.

What we believe

Software should follow the business.

Not the other way round. When your process changes, the system changes with it.

No hidden parts.

Every rule is visible on screen. If you can't see what a system does, you can't trust it with your business.

Governance is built in, not bolted on.

Access, approvals and history are what the building blocks are made of, not a feature added later.

Start with one process.

Big-bang projects fail. One process done properly earns the next one.

Honesty about fit.

If a ready-made package or a spreadsheet is the right answer for you, we'll say so.

We don't just sell software

Beezr was never a "subscribe and good luck" product. Beezr Consultants sit with the people who do the work, find the reason behind each problem, and build the solution with them. Then we stay, for as long as our customers want us to.

We run our own business on Beezr too. Our sales run on a CRM we built on it, and when you contact us, your request lands there. Our CRM · on Beezr
