How we work
Beezr isn't a login and a help centre. Beezr Consultants sit with your operators, learn how the work really gets done, find the reason behind each problem, and build the solution with you on Beezr. Then we stay.

A Beezr Consultant learns your process first. The tool bends to it, and someone who understands both stays with you.
Software is the easy part. Understanding how your business really works is the work.
Every project follows the same path. Here it is, from the consultant's notebook.
"Sara keeps the real supplier list in her own sheet."
"Approvals happen in the 'Finance urgent' group."
Page 1 · Listen
We sit with the people who do the work, mostly on calls and shared screens. We watch the spreadsheet, the workaround and the WhatsApp group, because the documented process is rarely the real one.
approvals are slow
nobody trusts the numbers
Page 2 · Find the why
"Approvals are slow" often means "nobody trusts the numbers". We work backwards from what the business is trying to achieve, so we solve the cause, not the symptom.
v3, Sara: yes!

Page 3 · Build in short loops
Records, screens, rules and workflows take shape in Beezr, and your operators see them early and often. They correct us while changes are cheap, not after launch.
Page 4 · Go live with one process
We start with the process that hurts most and take it all the way: data moved in, people trained, the old spreadsheet retired.
Page 5 · Grow
Suppliers, approvals and documents are already in Beezr, so the next process reuses them. Every project makes the next one faster.
A project is a project: one scope, one team, done properly.
Someone who can make decisions about how the process should work, and say yes.
A few hours with the people who do the work, early and during the build. They're the reason the result fits.
Access to the systems Beezr needs to talk to, and the security rules you want applied.
Many customers prefer that we keep handling it. New rules, new reports and the next process: your Beezr Consultant takes care of it, and you keep running the business.
Some teams have the talent and the appetite, and build on Beezr themselves, with us a message away. Nothing is locked to us.
Most teams do a bit of both.
Many companies find Beezr through one of our partners. However your project starts, it follows the same method, and Beezr Consultants stand behind it.

Most first processes go live in weeks. The scope decides the exact timing, and we agree it with you before we start.
Most of our work happens remotely, on calls and shared screens with your team, the way your own teams already work together.
It's close to what the industry now calls forward-deployed engineering: people who sit with the customer and build. We call them Beezr Consultants, and it's how Beezr has worked from the start.
No. Many customers choose to, because it saves their team the effort. Others build on Beezr themselves. Nothing is locked to us.
Yes. Some customers build their own processes on Beezr, with our consultants available when they need a hand.
No. Every project follows the same method, and Beezr Consultants stand behind it.
A process owner who can make decisions, some time with the operators who do the work, and IT for access to the systems Beezr connects to.
