How a technology consultancy runs hiring to offboarding across legal entities on Beezr

From the hiring request to the exit interview, every HR step at this consultancy runs as a workflow in Beezr. Rules follow role, entity and tenure, and every request shows its status to the person who raised it.

HR handovers depended on someone remembering

Hiring requests and offers travelled through email without a central approval trail. Onboarding tasks were loosely coordinated across departments. Employees submitted requests manually, with unclear approval status.

Payroll meant collecting inconsistent data from different legal entities. Performance reviews slipped without reminders. Exit procedures varied too, leaving asset recovery and documentation without a consistent path. Its policies needed to run across the employee lifecycle.

HR held the responsibility. The handovers lived elsewhere.

The employee lifecycle gets a path: what we built

We delivered the workflows in phases, around the consultancy's departmental structure.

Hiring leaves an approval trail

Hiring requests follow structured approvals before applicants move through screening and interviews. Offers are generated with version history and signed on screen with a captured pen signature. Interview logs stay with the applicant record.

Departments receive their onboarding tasks

Onboarding assigns work to the departments responsible for the new hire. HR collects documents while asset delivery and account provisioning follow their workflows. IT, admin and marketing each receive their own assignments.

Requests and payroll respect the entity

Employees submit requests with visible status and service levels. Approvals use role, entity and tenure, with credit deduction where applicable. Payroll inputs are generated separately per entity in export-ready formats, with salary-sheet approvals.

Reviews and exits have their own steps

Review forms follow the employee's role and the performance cycle. Reminders go to employees and managers, while exit workflows cover resignation and termination. Exits record asset recovery, system closure and documentation.

The handover is assigned, with its progress recorded.
